Autoline Rev8 Upgrade for Thekwini Toyota

Thekwini Toyota in KwaZulu Natal operates one dealership based in Durban and another in Westille. The owner Mr Alfie Rieckhoff who took over the dealership from Imperial, commented "We wanted the best dealer management system for our operation, and took the decision to upgrade to the new Autoline Rev 8 system."

Asked to comment on the operational efficiency of Autoline, Peter Snyman, the DP Durban says, The system does exactly what we want it to do. It provides us with all the information we need to run an efficient motor dealership. It's also a very user-friendly system which means less time is spent on training people to get up to speed.

"We experienced a few technical problems during the conversion, but we can see the light now and we think it is the best system around. Asked to comment on the after-sales service, Peter added, "We are extremely happy. The level of support we have received has been of excellent quality. We have no hesitation in recommending Autoline to other dealerships".
